Pranayam, Healing and Meditation Session during Self Defence Camp
A dynamic Self Defence Camp was successfully organized through the collaborative efforts of Nirmal Youth Foundation, Shivshaurya Foundation, Eknithya Foundation, Apulki Pratishthan, and GGUS Foundation, aimed at empowering individuals—a special Pranayam, Meditation and Pranic healing session was also organized during the camp
Pranic healing, pranayam, and meditation are interrelated practices rooted in ancient Indian wisdom that promote holistic well-being. Pranic healing is a form of energy healing that involves cleansing and energizing the body's aura to restore balance and vitality without physical touch. Pranayam (or pranayama) refers to controlled breathing techniques that regulate the flow of prana—the life force—within the body, enhancing mental clarity, emotional stability, and physical health. Meditation, on the other hand, is a practice of focused awareness and mindfulness that calms the mind and fosters inner peace. When combined, these practices harmonize the body, mind, and spirit, offering a powerful path to self-healing, stress reduction, and spiritual growth.
