Community Meditation Sessions for general public
We at GGUS Foundation have been eventually organizing meditation sessions for general public as well so as to help them with their mental health, all of these session are free of cost benefits greatly to the attendees, the sessions are conducted by Psychologist and Master Meditator Mr. Gagan Shinde

If every child were taught meditation every day, they would develop emotional intelligence, empathy, and mindfulness from a young age.
Meditation helps children regulate their emotions, communicate peacefully, and approach conflict with compassion and understanding.
This could lead to a generation that values cooperation over competition, seeks peaceful solutions to problems,
and understands the interconnectedness of all people. By fostering calm, thoughtful, and empathetic individuals, we could create a more peaceful world in just one generation.

Through quiet reflection and focused attention, we can quiet the noise of the outside world and connect with our deeper thoughts and feelings.
